To reward the company staff because the great year of sales in the company perhaps we should know who were the best employees, maybe the top five of them, then i could know what are the preferences of this 5 employees and with base on that i can give them their rewards.
But the most popular rewards are a laptop computer because a laptop is personal and will be all of the employee's propertie and he could do whatever he wants with tha laptop.
Maybe he could sell it or use it in his work to improve in his production and in that way he will be motivated to do his best.
The flight tickets are a good option too because all of us wants to travel to rest of the job and the city and a help with the tickets it's a good incentive to our salesman.
One week's extra holiday would be an option because if they want go to take vacations one extra week be an important encourage to the employee or if they have family motivates them to work better and by that way they can have more time with their families.

My name is Francisco Mondragon, I'm from Mexico, i live in Cuautitlan Izcalli, I'm a student, i study at ESCA Santo Tomas, i'm studying Comercial Relationship and i'm in 4 semester.
I work at Spira de Mexico at afternoon from 4 pm to 10 pm monday to saturday, my work consists in attend the client who uses the credit card Spira, the tools that i use i my work are a computer, an escritory and many programs which helps me to give a godd attention and the correct information.
I prefer to work in a large company because there's more oportunities to grow and the pay several times is better than a small company but i most prefer to have my own company it doesn't matter if its small but will be mine.
The advertisements encourage to me but it depends about what product are we talking about because i'm not an impulsive buyer.

What motivates you to work harder?
The three factors that i chose are:
+Working on something that is interesting and exciting: For me is important don't get bored in the work because in that way i can explot my skills and have fun while i work
+The prospect of earning good money in the future: It's important the expectatives of money and development that the companies offers to me because in that way i can do my best to get a better place in the hierarchy.
+Having fun while you work: Because is important to work in a fun environment and in an agradable place.
